Good afternoon IMC readers, today was another day out on the streets of NYC. Today it was raining on and off, and as usual I am trying to pay attention to what people are wearing. I thought about bringing my camera outside, due to the rain I decided to scratch that off of my schedule. However, I did notice the one thing that many women have in common this season.....and that would be the BOOT EPIDEMIC You can not deny it, they are every where.....in the magazines....on tv.....on the streets Boots are and will always be a "must-have" item for any season. I have also noticed based on mere observation, the higher the boot length the better Some women may beg to differ simply because of the time consuming jean tucking, so my suggestion for this is to go for the "bootie". Ankle boots [Booties], look perfect with pencil leg jeans a.k.a Skinny Jeans or the regular bootleg jean. So whatever boot coincides with your wardrobe and wallet......I suggest that you grab a pair
